Working with a communication professional
When planning your event or meeting there are several points you will need to consider to make sure you get the best possible service from your communication professional:
Provide as much preparation material as possible for the professional to brief themselves. A programme or agenda for the event, job descriptions and application forms for interviews, copies of visual aids for presentations, etc.
Consider the position of communication professionals when planning seating or staging arrangements. Make sure there is plenty of light, but no bright backlight, and make sure there are clear lines of sight to the professional, or their on-screen output.
You should also consider any additional equipment (power sockets, projection screen, etc) that a professional might require during the assignment.
