Professional standards

All registered communication professionals have agreed to abide by a Code of Conduct. This covers important areas such as confidentiality, impartiality and professional conduct. If you would like to view the Code of Conduct, click on the link below.

Sometimes problems occur. Many of these can be resolved by discussing them directly with your communication professional. If you hired the communication professional through an agency, you can raise the issue with them directly.
