How do I make a complaint?You can submit a complaint in writing or by video letter. Our complaints form guides you to make sure you provide all the information we need to process your complaint. You must submit your complaint to us no more than 30 days (one month) after the incident.

If you are submitting your complaint in BSL please follow the structure of the questions in the complaints form.

When making a complaint you must supply your name and contact details.
