Draft complaints procedure for Communication Professionals

All NRCPD registered Communication Professionals agree to a complaints procedure. With the aim of improving understanding and accessibility amongst service users, we have reviewed the current procedures that apply for each different category of Communication Professional.

We have drafted a revision that combines current documents to create one which will cover all Communication Professionals. You can view the draft document by clicking here.
