Nature of Complaint Alleged conduct in an educational establishment.
Summary Registrant’s alleged conduct on several occasions, failure to arrive on several occasions and unacceptable behaviour during assignments. Investigation into potential breach of 1.1, 1.2, 5.1, 6.1, 6.2, 7.2, 7.3 & 7.4
Outcome Case Examiners recommended the case referred to a complaints committee. Complaint was closed as Registrant did not renew their registration. NRCPD’s registration policy has now been amended so that investigations into complaints will continue even if the registrant or trainee does not renew their registration while an investigation is ongoing.
