Outcome The case examiners found the registrant breached 1.1, 1.3, 6.1 & 7.3 of the Code of Conduct. The case examiners found the registrants actions meant the service user lost trust and confident in the registrants ability to work effectively. The case examiners did not find it was in the public interest to refer the case to the complaints committee. The registrant was given a warning regarding performance and future conduct in accordance with section 27c of the complaints process
