Nature of Complaint Service user reported that the interpreters competence was below the level expected of a RSLI during a voluntary assignment.
Summary Investigation conducted into potential breach of 3 of the Code of Conduct.
Outcome Case Examiners found their was no realistic prospect of finding impairment of fitness to practice. RSLI was given advice and supportive strategies to prevent a similar situation in the future.
