Nature of Complaint Complainant raised concerns around the Registrants lack of boundaries, alleging the Registrant was bossy and controlling during an assignment. Complainant stated that the Registrant was unprofessional and that they could not understand the manual alphabets used by the Registrant.
Summary Investigation conducted into potential breach of Section 1.1 and 6.1 of NRCPD's Code of Conduct.
Outcome Case Examiners decided based on the evidence provided, that there was not a realistic prospect of finding an impairment of fitness to practise, and that it was not in the public interest to refer the case to a Complaints Committee.

NRCPD therefore closed the case with no further action.
