Concerns raised following a Social Care Assignment, during which the Complainant (professional in attendance at the meeting) had concerns around the Registrants competence, ability and professionalism.
The Complainant raised concerns around the Registrants production/reception skills and alleged that there were gaps in information relay/flow of information.

Outcome |
Case Examiners decided based on the evidence provided, that there was a realistic prospect of finding an impairment of fitness to practise, but that it was not in the public interest to refer the case to a Complaints Committee.
The Case Examiners did offer advice to the Registrant around the importance of acting professionally to inspire trust.
