The Complainant raised concerns regarding the Registered Sign Language Interpreter's conduct.

The Registrant did not manage effective communication and did not take action when communication broke down. The Registrant worked beyond the limit of their training skills and experience; misconstrued the detail of the source message and the Registrant did not respond to feedback.
