Nature of Complaint Service user reported that the RSLI acted inappropriately and unprofessionally during several assignments
Summary Investigation conducted into potential breach of 6.1 of the Code of Conduct and the ethical principle ‘ respect the personal choices of service users’.
Outcome Case Examiners found there was no realistic prospect of finding an impairment of fitness to practice and the case was closed. The RSLI was given advice about future conduct, and the complainant was informed about the advice given.
