Nature of Complaint RSLI reported that the interpreter acted unprofessionally and made many errors in their interpreting during an assignment.
Summary Investigation conducted into potential breach of 1.1, 1.3, 3.1 & 6.1 of the Code of Conduct.
Outcome Case Examiners found it was not in the public interest to refer the case to the complaints committee. Registrant was given advice about their conduct and, and it was recommended the Registrant undertake professional supervision.
