Nature of Complaint Allegations that the Registrant was rude and impatient during an assignment, and that the signing of the Registrant was so fast the Complainant struggled with understanding. The Complainant felt the Registrant then became irritated by this lack of understanding.
Summary Investigation conducted into potential breach of Section 1.1 and 6.1 of NRCPD's Code of Conduct.
Outcome Case Examiners decided based on the evidence provided, that there was no realistic prospect of finding an impairment of fitness to practise, and that it was not in the public interest to refer the case to a Complaints Committee.

NRCPD therefore closed the case with no further action.
