Dear colleague
We have appointed a new Registrant Board member. Lesley Weatherson is a Registered Lipspeaker and will sit on the Board for three years. She was selected on the basis of her skills and experience after a recruitment process.
Other than that, we have little to update you about in this month's newsletter. The new Code of Conduct and complaints process aren't quite ready yet, nor is the statement of regulatory intent. And we're still working with the Crown Commercial Service and Ministry of Justice on the purchase of interpreting and translation services.
