As we've mentioned previously, we have been in negotiation with Signature about our governance arrangements. Our new chair, Sandra Verkuyten, has been working closely with the chair of Signature. Both Boards have agreed NRCPD should have greater independence. At the end of a busy month we have announced that on 30 November 2015 Huw Vaughan Thomas will step down as the chair of our Board. As of 1 December he will be succeeded by Sandra Verkuyten, one of our current Board members.
