The annual CPD audit will take place on 11 and 12 July. If you have any queries about the audit or CPD please get in touch.
Frances Lewin (RSLI) is running a national survey of interpreters as part of a wider research project at UCL Institute of Education with Prof Chloe Marshall and Dr Robert Adam. The project is looking at interpreting in the university classroom. The survey is open to all interpreters (TSLI & RSLI). Tell them why you do, or don't, work in the university classroom with deaf students. You can take the survey here. The survey closes at the end of June.
Signed Culture would like to know how many interpreters work in theatre and the Arts around the country and are conducting a survey. You can complete the short questionnaire here. If you know anyone who does this kind of work, and may not see this link, please pass it on. If you would like to know the results of the survey, please contact Signed Culture. All information will be anonymous.
The Practitioners' Forum met on 12 June in York.
Our next Board meeting is on 10 July in London.
