NRCPD are delighted to be able to let you know about improvements to the online register service as we move towards full independence.
In October, we will be updating the way our IT works - most of the changes support our internal processes. If you're a registrant (current and prospective) - you will see improvements in how registration and renewal works for you too:
We haven't yet decided on the exact implementation date in October because we are still testing and refining to make sure we do everything we can to get it right the first time. However, as with any IT changes, there is always a chance that issues can arise. If so, we would be very grateful if you could let us know straightaway if something is affecting your registration or use of the portal. We will make sure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible - please bear with us as we do that. On the day we go live, there may be delays by a day or so in the processing of online renewals - we will provide specific advice soon for anyone wanting to register in October to minimise inconvenience to you.
